【请教】爱立信2个职位的比较

  
在爱立信里，一下两个职位，哪个发展比较好？  
    
1.GSM/UMTS/CDMA Voice Core Software Engineer  
    
a)Responsible for GSM/UMTS/CDMA Voice Core software design, implementation and verification.  
b）Responsible for planning and reporting of assigned areas from planning stage to completion.  
c)Responsible for integrity and quality of assigned components within the system.  
d)Produce feature design and test estimation.  
e）Participate in unit test, feature verification and solution verification, following the software development process.  
f)Conduct and attend document reviews and code inspections, contributing own product knowledge and experience to enhance product functionality, usability and quality.  
g)Share well developed product knowledge with peers, internal customers and new entrants into the department.  
h)Provide technical support to internal/external customers on delivered products and owned domains.  
    
2.Software Design Engine  
    
a) Responsible to produce and document high quality software products from inception to delivery  
b) Perform analysis, design, verification, demonstration and maintenance of these products in a process driven, team environment.  
c) Responsible for multi functional areas, applications or sub-systems.  
d) Actively involved in the establishment and development of software design environment  
e) Perform test configuration management (TCM) as required  
f) Supports sales, services, product deployment and product management with complicated technical issues.  
g) Produces and/or reviews product architecture documents and high level design documentation.

目前就E的LTE设备研发项目来看，只要还是北京，成都和南京的职位，各个地方负责不同的内容，还有三方进行集成测试
  
广州爱立信传说是爱立信的合资公司，不是正统，不看好

网易游戏。各种地产公司。银行。各种国有企业——邮储等。这边联通貌似也不错，电信不了解。深圳公司会多一些。广州起码互联网这块我了解的不多。
补充一下，三星神马的好像在广州也有的说。
