thinking about political

i was wondering if it is right for common people to have the power to change the history and decide the future.For example ,if it is correct choice for American to choose Trump ,or korean choose pianjinhui. It is hard to say.
i was a little confused but people seems anxious and excitied extremely.we all know that whoever become the president ,there are someone being dissatified with her or him, but it seems more and more seriously in recent years. people are crying ,fearing, praying,and protesting. we cannot wait for the result .however ,no one know exactly how to do.
