We spend the last three to four years building our Lenovo way culture. And that culture is one that we have commited to that is second .. us. All the way round the world, around our behaviors are said values, how we drive the bussiness? And our Lenovo way is the fundation in the framework, on our culture and how and why we have the conversation today.

Processes improvement in the bussiness offer a short term sustainable... But culture, consistance, beliefs, and values and behaviors are the only true competitive vanage over a longer term. And that's why we spend so much time creating a culture of ownship of the conerbility and in persistance. And you see the seems of those three things throughout entire disgussion today. We drive the ownership culture, we drive the conerbility have run the business and persistance, and we will run the buniness is no different. Then the way we have an effective cowork do our conversations. There is no difference in the three .. rest to the discussion.
So why is important? So she think about .. in 2009, 6.5% market share. And where we've come over a really short period of time from 6.5% to roughly around 15% for number five in the market to just rocks through away for being No.1 in world share. 11 street quaters the fast growing company industry incredible powerful results. But that's not the most import message here. Start thinking about what this line looks like, in 2015,in 2016? In the other three short year .. it is not on favemon to think about a company that is No.1 that's now at 30 billion dollars revenue, maybe was 40, 45, 50 billion dollars revenue. And if you looked this growth line, and the trodectory, that is very very realistic in this comany's future.We don't need 25000 employees, we need 45, we 50000 employees. We don't need 300 excutives, I need 475 ~ 500 excutives. We don't need 3000 plus managers, maybe we need 5000, 5500 managers, maybe 6000 managers across the company.
