I think survey feedback, process consultation, team building and intergroup development are really very important to a rebuild company, especially the last one.
Wheras team building focuses on helping a work group to become more cohesive, intergroup development attempts to achieve the same results among different work groups. That is, intergroup development attempts to change attitudes, stereotypes, and perceptions that one group may have toward another group. In doing so, better coordination among the various groups can be achieved.
Innovative organizations tend to have similar cultures. They encourage experimentation. They reward both success and failures. They celebrate mistakes.
