The search for signs of recovery of the ozone layer
Signe Bech Andersen

(Plastics show they’re metal)
Metallic transport in polyaniline
(Letter p. 65; News and

(A day on Saturn)
A regular period for Saturn's magnetic field that may track its internal
rotation
(Letter p. 62; News and Views)
(Molecular junctions)
Towards molecular electronics with large-area molecular junctions
有可能为研制实用的分子电子装置提供一种廉价的方法。(Letter p. 69 ;

(Winds of climate change)
Weakening of tropical Pacific atmospheric circulation due to anthropogenic
forcing
表面风可能改变了热带太平洋的热结构和环流。(Letter p. 73 ;

(Fishing lines)
A primitive fish provides key characters bearing on deep osteichthyan
phylogeny
(Timing is everything)
Climate change and population declines in a long-distance migratory bird

(Just mates)
Testing the genetics underlying the co-evolution of mate choice and ornament
in the wild
(A genetic link to the past)
A distal enhancer and an ultraconserved exon are derived from a novel
retroposon
(Letter p.
87)
(C. elegans passes screen test)
A small-molecule screen in C. elegans yields a new calcium channel
antagonist
(Plant steroid signals)
Downstream nuclear events in brassinosteroid signalling
(Making the most of RNAi)
RNAi-mediated gene silencing in non-human primates
(Letter p. 106; News and Views;www.juexiang.com
(Letter p. 111)
