This is the second time I am charged because of overlimit! I H~A~T~E~ BoA!!! What is the reason that sometimes they declined you when overlimit, sometimes they don't, but charge you after that? Already being in the next billing cycle!!! I AM COMPLETELY MAD!!!!
After I get my Citi, I will close BoA's account! Stupid Bank...
