1. Valid Passport:
Your signed passport must be valid and with sufficient blank visa pages for any visa stamps (Note: passport page 22, 23, 24 are not visa pages, and can not
be used for visas). The passport's expiration date must be greater than six months from the date of entry for the visa you are applying for. If your passport
does not meet the requirements, you must renew your passport or obtain a new passport.
Note: You need to send your original passport to obtain the visa.
2. Complete Application:
Download, print, fully complete, and sign one copy of the China application form.
3. Photographs:
You must provide one 2"x 2" passport photograph.
4. Work Permit & Foreign Expert's License:
Submit a copy of visa notification issued by the Chinese government, and a work permit for foreigners issued by the Chinese Labor Ministry or a Foreign
Expert's License issued by the Chinese Foreign Expert Bureau.
5. Order Form:
Download, print, and fully complete the order form.
6. Payment Methods:
