 Team,
The RRD Invoice Print tar file failed in Businesstone this morning.  I was not able to see the attached file which may have contributed to the failure.  Businesstone Support could you please open a Severity 1 ticket to investigate the root cause.  ITservices, the issue with the batch job as well as the Jtext Adapter may still be the source of the failure.  Team this Severity 1 issue has lingered now since February 4th and all hands need to be on the fixing deck to get this resolved ASAP.

这就是我每天干得工作,超级没有技术含量..分发tickets,忙的时候遇到P1或是P2还要在我们各地的shift manager, 中国的consultant, 联想这边的客户联络协调...So..米劲...
