第一次听MEW的comforting sounds和symmetry应该是春节回来吧,那时就被其美妙的旋律所吸引,前两天终于把他们的这张"Frengers" 下完,仔细品味,不仅仅是旋律优美,还有着一点寂寞的味道,冰凉的寂寞.
Jonas Bjerre易碎的声音冷静而内敛,就像淡蓝色的冰,吉它和弦如火花般跳跃,清秀怡人的曲调是那么的吸引人. 所有的轻描淡写都在抒情,而这抒情不是大众,它只属于一个人,寂寞的声音好像是在向一面墙倾诉,不期待谁能听见,其实没有人会听见.简单的配乐和可爱的吟唱,旋律几经酝酿,渐渐进入华丽的高潮,北海海岸冰冷的海水翻涌着旋涡,拍打着黑色的岩石...
"Frengers"不是一个单词,是"friend"与"strangers"的结合,介于亲切与陌生之间,熟悉与遥远之间.
诉说着一个无望的爱情故事,A wry smile 是一张自我解嘲的脸.
乐队风格应该算是Indie-Rock、Dream-Pop一类的吧.
