got up very late in the morning, the impact from the long travel is now coming.
arrived the office at round 10, busy saying hello to everybody until the coffee break.
everybody is keeping kidding me for my busy scedule, nobody believe 9 days for 7 cities in 5 countries. They said only Japanese do that.^-^
anyway, I enjoy the travel and everything has gone well.
Attended Dennis's Ph.D defence in the afternoon, such a serious circumstance! met a few old friends during the reception after the defence.
Joined another party immediately after came back from the defence. it is a ceremony organised by the faculty specially for prof. Ponsen for his retirement. I met Ponsen 2 years ago in China, he is a kind old man with a nice young wife. 65 years old, it's time to enjoy life.
Found some cookies on my desk when came back from the party. It's from Nijso. There is a note on it, "Just for you, VERY SWEET!". haha, my lovely roomate, thanks! I have nothing to eat in my home, really need it.
Finally i fixed the scedule for the visits to China, it is another very busy travel, 8 cities during 16 days. I invited the professor to visit my hometown, and he accepted. It will be nice to visit my parent before the spring festival. I can imagine the big surprise of them to see a foreign people in their home.
